Like most people, my life was demanding with a career in the business world and as the mother of two children. Yoga became a refuge and I was hooked. I started to heal through yoga. I began to feel positive shifts not only in my body but also largely in my mind and outlook on life. The yoga practice began to change how I interacted with myself and the world.
I saw and felt all the healing yoga had brought me and I felt called to share that with others. In 2017, I embarked on my first training to become a yoga teacher. With a thirst for knowledge and being able to completely immerse myself in learning was transformative. The privilege of being able to lead people along the same path that has meant so much to me is something I am constantly grateful for.
Since my training, I continue to grow as a person, as a mother, and as a teacher. I continue to learn as much as I can with different trainings and workshops. I look forward to being able to share my passion of yoga, mindfulness, and growth with you!
